Cancelling your booking

| More than 24 hours before the tour | 100% refund |
| Less than 24 hours before the tour | 50% refund |
| No-show | No refund |
Multi-day packages may have different terms because of hotel bookings — these are shared with you at the time of booking.
If we cancel
If a tour cannot run because of weather, high river levels, festivals or official orders, you can choose another date, an alternative tour, or a 100% refund.
How refunds are paid
- Online payments are refunded to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
- Cash or UPI payments are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
