• Booking details: name, phone number, email, travel date, number of guests and any notes you share.
• Enquiries: the details you send through our contact or custom-trip forms.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Payments: online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — we only receive a payment reference and status.

How we use it

• To confirm and run your tour and contact you about it (including on WhatsApp).
• To reply to your enquiries.
• To send our newsletter, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep accounting and tax records as required by Indian law.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with the guide, boatman or driver running your tour, and with Razorpay for payments. We never sell your personal data.
